The challenge

The PR team wanted a single dashboard showing every recent mention of their three flagship products across G2, Trustpilot, Reddit, niche forums and YouTube comment threads — historically a manual sweep done by an intern each Monday.

What we built

We built a daily crawler covering 8 sources, tagging each record with author, date, rating (where present) and a sentiment score. Output streams into a Looker Studio dashboard the team configured themselves; flagged negatives also drop into Slack #pr-watch.

The outcome

The Monday sweep ritual ended. The team picks up emerging negatives within hours instead of days — last quarter they pre-empted a viral complaint thread before it broke 1,000 upvotes.
